Strength at Hadeed

We build strength on the main lifts with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, and log your weights every session so you see your progress in numbers. We start from a weight you fully control and add load step by step as your technique settles.

It suits beginners who want a solid base, athletes who want bigger numbers, and desk workers who want a stronger back.

What you’ll work on

  • Squat, deadlift and press technique
  • Back, core and grip strength
  • A written weekly programme with your weights
  • Measured progress and logged numbers
  • Avoiding common gym injuries
  • More confidence under the bar

This list is illustrative; your coach sets your plan after the first assessment.

Is strength training right for beginners?

Yes, it’s the best place to start. We begin with an empty bar or light weights and never add load before your technique is solid.

Will I get very bulky?

That depends on your programme, your food and your build. Most people who train for strength get stronger and leaner long before they notice much size, and your coach adjusts the plan to your goal.

How often should I train?

Three sessions a week bring clear progress in the first months, with a rest day between sessions.
