Mobility at Hadeed

Mobility classes work on the hips, shoulders, spine and ankles with slow control drills and active stretching, using simple tools such as resistance bands and foam rollers. They complement strength and lifting days well, and they are a gentle way back into sport after a break.

We don’t treat injuries: if you have ongoing pain, see a doctor or a physiotherapist first.

What you’ll work on

  • More range in the hips and shoulders
  • Better posture after long hours of sitting
  • Control and balance in big movements
  • Faster recovery between strength sessions
  • Steady breathing and calm
  • A gradual return to sport

This list is illustrative; your coach sets your plan after the first assessment.

Is mobility the same as yoga?

It overlaps with yoga in stretching and breathing, but it focuses on the range you need for lifting and sport, without long static poses.

Will it help if I don’t lift weights?

Yes, especially if you sit for long hours or are getting back into activity after a break.

I have back pain. Should I come?

If the pain is ongoing or sharp, see your doctor first, and tell the coach about any injury before class.
