HIIT conditioning at Hadeed

45-minute classes start with a structured warm-up, then timed work-and-rest rounds on air bikes, rowers, sleds and battle ropes, and finish with a cool-down. The coach scales the intensity for each person, so beginners and athletes train in the same class.

We keep classes small, twelve people at most, so the coach can see everyone’s movement.
