The strength club in Al Quoz
Since 2021 in a converted warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial 3: a club that teaches you technique before weight, and stays with you one rep at a time.
We opened Hadeed in 2021 in an old warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial 3 with a simple idea: a club where people master the basics, without noise and without quick promises. We raised the ceiling, laid a thick rubber floor and chose the equipment piece by piece: Olympic bars, bumper plates and lifting platforms, ropes, bags and sleds.
Today six certified coaches teach five types of training at Hadeed, and our members include beginners, athletes, office workers and parents, each on a programme that suits them.
How we work
- Every membership starts with a free induction session with a coach.
- Written programmes and logged weights, so you see your progress in numbers.
- Small classes where the coach can see everyone’s movement.
- Published prices, with no joining fee and no long contracts.
Your first visit
Bring flat-soled trainers, a towel and a water bottle, and arrive ten minutes before your session so we can show you around. Lockers and showers are available, and parking is right at the door.
