This page explains what data the Hadeed website collects and how we use and protect it.

Session requests

When you request a session we collect your name and phone number, the training type, coach, day, time and type of session, the membership if you chose one, and any note you write. We use them only to confirm the session and remind you of it.

Health information

Our website forms never ask for health details, so please don’t type them there. If you tell your coach about an injury or a health condition so they can adjust your programme, we keep it in your member file only, use it for nothing else and share it with no one without your permission.

Membership and payments

When you join we ask for your name, phone number and email address. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider, and we never store card numbers.

Accounts and the message form

• Member accounts: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• The contact form: your name, email address and message.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms. Your browser keeps your choices in the booking wizard until you close the tab; none of this reaches us until you send a request. We use no tracking or advertising tools.

Retention and your rights

Session requests and contact messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
